Platform terms

ShopHub provides software for operating online commerce workspaces. Merchants remain responsible for their catalog content, customer communications, configured payment providers, tax obligations and lawful use.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access is governed by tenant ownership and assigned permissions.

Trials and subscriptions

Trial duration, plan limits and charges are those shown during registration and in the billing workspace. Availability may depend on deployment configuration.

Acceptable use

Do not use ShopHub for unlawful goods, fraud, abusive automation or attempts to bypass tenant isolation and security controls.
